Anita’s health and fitness knowledge and her obvious enthusiasm has gotten me moving and motivated in no time!

Her years as a flight attendant show as Anita always has a smile on her face and an encouraging word for everyone.

Anita’s happy workout sessions inspire me as she makes it fun and I am definitely looking forward to my next training session!

I really wanted to do something for my health and fitness and Anita offers sessions at a convenient time and location so there is still plenty of time in my day for my other commitments.

I have to add that I love that Anita, who is also a Mum, knows how to re-energise me after less than a great night’s sleep!

After the birth of my first son, I was having difficulty shifting those last few kilos and needed support to kick-start my exercise program. I began training with Anita and after six weeks I had lost 6kg.  Anita always made sure I kept on track and supported me with my diet and meal plans. Anita is an awesome trainer! She is great fun, full of energy and very friendly. As a mum herself, she completely understands how hard it can be to exercise when you’ve got young kids. Her classes are so convenient as my kids can play in the park whilst I exercise with Anita. I’m setting a healthy example for my kids, getting a great workout and the kids can play….everyone is happy!
